What is a PADI Course Director?
As a PADI course director, Will is one of an elite group on Instructors that teaches the Instructor Development Course (IDC) as well as other instructor level training. He has been awarded a Platinum Course Director Status for almost his entire career which means every year he reaches a target number of instructors he has taught.
